Alain is the founder and CEO of YourFirstSteps. He holds a Master Degree in Russian and economics and has seven years professional experience on the Russian market. From 2007 to 2008 he worked as a key account and business development manager for a Swiss law firm in Moscow. Back to Switzerland in 2009 he was responsible for the Russian Market at BaselArea Economic Promotion Agency till May 2013 and spent about four months a year in Russia travelling to different regions and cities attracting and supervising FDI projects. He speaks Russian fluently and has a deep understanding of Russian culture and traditions.
